When the weather is warm and humid sometimes you don't want to cook, so make a refreshing yogurt, banana, blueberry and strawberry smoothie (great for babies). With a spinach, strawberry and blueberry salad with ham and cheese, delicious and healthy.

Excellent advice, Rebecca.
ReplyDeleteMy 2-year-old daughter has been eating very little for the past few weeks. It's a bit driving me crazy, because everything I offer she refuses to eat - pasta, meat, fish, vegetables. All she wants to eat are milk, yogurt, icecram, fruit juice and apples. What shall I do with her?
it's a little rainy out here but...could I have a glass of that/ or maybe just a sip??
