Very Quick and Easy Spicy Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of salmon, wild Alaskan
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 yellow pepper
- 1/4 red pepper
- salt
- masala powder, corinander powder, chili powder, tumeric, mustard seeds
- fresh cilantro
- ginger garlic paste
Method:
- pop mustard seeds in canola oil, add ginger garlic paste, onions and spices, then add peppers for 5 min
- then add the salmon and stir fry for another 5 min, add salt to taste and then near the end add chopped cilantro.
I also made cauliflower dal and took some out for little Jasmine before adding the spices and salt (hers in on the right)
I ate it with rice, dal and broccoli lovely simple and oh so healthy, rich in omega 3, protein from the fish and dal, and 2 veggies broccoli and cauliflower.
Will be eating the leftovers today! and I got some crab meat yesterday so planning to make my first ever crab cakes, wish me luck
