How much calcium should we be eating a day? Is there enough calcium and vitamin D in 3 glasses of milk a day, or should we be supplementing with caltrate? What's your opinion? ~Mina

Rebecca - What an informative interview! The only thing I find hard to commit to is a food journal/diary. I've heard it really helps though. My metabolism seems to have burned out after I had my thyroid gland removed due to cancer. I stay active though, and eat healthy, and although the weight loss is slow, I feel great and the pounds are dropping. Thanks for sharing your great advice!
Vanilla and thyme: oh its tough with the thyroid gone with with a good MD monitoring levels you will be ok, great work with your diet and activity, the food diary may help tough, love Rebecca garlic boss: thanks thanks so much DEb Jenny Mac: thanks for stopping by and the sweet comment Selba: thanks Rebecca
