Tomato Rice
Here's another one of Amma's recipes, I have enjoyed having her here to learn from and I am trying to persuade her to get my sis in law to start a blog in India so when she returns next week, the learning can continue lol
So here it is, very simple a great dish for any meal, good with a boiled egg, chicken, or anything!
We made one for Jasmine with no spice and I scrambled an egg into it for protein!
Ingredients:
- pinch of cumin
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- cilantro
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- little ginger
- oil
- one spoon masala powder
Method:
Looks healthy and delicious!
