Fried Rice
I made this easy peasy fried rice recently it was yummy,
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- some frozen veggies
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 5 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little chili paste
Method:
- simple stir fry the onion, garlic, peppers and veggies, scramble the eggs into the mixture
- then add in the cooked rice little by little adding the fish sauce, chili/garlic paste to taste and soy to taste.
This is so easy, and you can add any veggies you like or meats, its a great way to use up vegetables in the fridge. It would also make a wonderful packed lunch, I often make it for hubby to take to work.
Love
