Spicy Sausage With Gnocchi and Spinach
So after reading Bread and Butter recently and seeing gnocchi and spinach I just had to make it, I added a spicy Italian sausage to it.
Ingredients:
- 4 sausages I got mine from Whole foods
- one pack of gnocchi
- one bunch of spinach
- one tomato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Italian herbs
- olive oil
- 1/2 red onion
Method:
- heat the olive oil and cook the sausages then add the garlic, tomatoes and onion and some Italian herbs, saute for 10 min
- Add the spinach and let it reduce down for 3 minutes
- add gnocchi to boiling water when they start to float at the top they are cooked, about 10-15 min, add to the sausages and veggies and your done.
This was a yummy meal and little Jasmine liked the gnocchi, my first time making it and will not be the last.
