Not Your Average Fruit Cake!
I got a wonderful gift in the mail today a tasty fruit cake filled with nuts and figs from the lovely Chef E of Food Wine Fun also some sea salts and spices and a CD for Jasmine.
I just want to have a shout out for her, she is a talented chef and one of the sweetest people you can know in the blogging world. Many a time I have called her on the phone and had a good chatter and hope to meet her in person one day (Velva from Tomatoes on the Vine had the pleasure recently!)
I am truly blessed to know you all and new friends to make in the future.
Thanks again E
