Simple Omelet and Cookbook Giveaway Winner!
I am thrilled to announce the winner of the cookbook giveaway is Pam (number 44 from random number generator) please drop me an email, we are all so happy for you can't wait to see how your very own custom made cookbook will look.
I had a simple omelet the other day simply sauted mushrooms, added some roast chicken, fresh tomatoes and peppers with a sumac spiced salad. Sometimes even foodies need an easy meal to prepare once in a while. We leave for India next monday so busily getting ready today we got some cool clothes for our friends kids :-)
Also be sure to tune into tomorrows radio show with Dr Michael Fenster of What's Cookin with Doc, he is a cardiologist and professional chef. I meet him through his wonderful blog and we work together at Basil Magazine. His passion for cooking and travel are infectious and he even has his own TV cooking show planned in florida!
