Cajun spiced yogurt sauce
I made this simple yogurt sauce to go over my crab cake sandwich and just had to share the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun blackening seasoning
- a wedge of grated cucumber
- little fresh lemon juice
- a pinch of sea salt
Method:
- mix it all together and add to your sandwich and enjoy
