Aged Cheddar and Fig Panini



Sometimes the simple things in life are the best, I have been enjoying panini's with fresh figs. I simply made a panini with an Irish aged cheddar added sliced figs and voila a wonderful sandwich was born. 






Have a wonderful start to the week everyone, the last few days have been special in our house as the wee man has started walking its simple adorable :-)

    Figs and Aged Cheddar! Wow that sure does sound irresistible Rebecca and so easy too. I'll need to remember that combination for sure!!!

    Our figs are done for the year, but after a bit of thought it occurs to me that dried figs would be different but quite lovely. As for that wee lad - go for the gold!!!
