Cooked Apple Parfait




This is a simple recipe, great for fall / autumn as apples are in season. It makes a great snack or breakfast. 


Ingredients:

  • 5 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 of cup of sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • a handful of raisins 
Method:
  1. heat the apples, with the sugar, raisins and sugar in a pan on a low heat and slowly cook for about 15-20 minutes until the apples are soft.
  2. add some Greek yogurt to a glass or bowl, top with the cooked apples, a drizzle of honey and granola 
  3. enjoy.
