Tuna and Chickpea Salad
This is a wonderfully simple salad is so easy to make and flavorful, using fresh herbs from the garden nice and light for hot summer days and great for a packed lunch.

Combine one can of chickpeas, a can of tuna with a bunch of freshly chopped chives and parsley, add a drizzle of olive oil, a drizzle of white balsamic, 1/4 of chopped cucumber, and two small sweet peppers, and salt to taste.
Enjoy, and hope everyone has a fantastic summer, the kids are in the last two weeks before summer break then we have a trip planned to see family.
