Hibiscus and Ginger tea



This is a fun summer drink, reminds me of Sorrel a Caribbean drink enjoyed at Christmas it's made from hibiscus flowers and spices and sweetened.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of hibiscus tea 
  • one packet of ginger tea (found this in Publix it is basically granulated ginger) 
  • sugar to taste 
Method:
1. boil the water then steep the tea and ginger for a few hours with any desired sugar, I added enough to fill a small jug.
2. allow to cool and place in the fridge, 
3. enjoy over ice.
